Shop FAQ
Things people ask before opening a shop.
What can I sell?
Digital downloads (PDFs, audio, video, presets, source files, .zip bundles) and physical items (prints, merch, zines). Same checkout, same cart, same payout.
How do digital deliveries work?
On purchase, your buyer gets a download link by email and an in-app receipt page. Links are signed and time-limited — no public CDN URLs leaking.
Can I do pay-what-you-want?
Yes. Set a minimum (or zero), and let buyers pick the amount. Works for both digital and physical — useful for tip-jar-style albums or zines.
How is sales tax / VAT handled?
thx.so integrates with Stripe Tax for automatic calculation in supported regions. For jurisdictions Stripe Tax doesn't cover, you're responsible for collection and filing — talk to an accountant.
Inventory and sold-out items?
Set a quantity, the page shows a sold-out state automatically when it hits zero. Unlimited stock is the default for digital items.
