Why the fee is low
Supporters pay into your own Stripe account. We never hold your money, so we take very little: nothing on tips, 5% on memberships and shop sales.
You pay Stripe's processing rate directly, and Stripe pays you on its own schedule.

Timeline
01
Stripe checks your identity and your bank details once. Your page starts accepting payments as soon as Stripe approves the account.
02
A tip, a membership renewal, or a shop order. The payment goes into your Stripe account, not ours.
03
Stripe sends your balance to your bank on its own schedule, usually every few days. You can follow each payout from your dashboard.
Detail
Supporters pay into your own Stripe account. We never hold your money, so we take very little: nothing on tips, 5% on memberships and shop sales.
You pay Stripe's processing rate directly, and Stripe pays you on its own schedule.
Your page accepts payments once your Stripe account is fully set up. Until then supporters can visit your page, read your posts and see your tiers, but they cannot pay.
Setup happens on Stripe's own pages. We never see your identity documents or your bank account number.
Because payments sit in your Stripe account, refunds and chargebacks are settled there too. Stripe deducts them from your balance and shows you each one.
FAQ
Payouts follow Stripe's own schedule and usually arrive every few days, without waiting for month end.

Stripe pays out to the bank account you connect, in a currency that account supports. You choose it during Stripe setup.
No. Card processing is charged by Stripe on your own account and never touches us. Our platform fee is the only thing we keep.
Contact us. We can tell you what your options are and let you know when that changes.
The refund comes out of your Stripe balance. If the balance is too low, Stripe takes it from your next payments.
