Pick a slot, pay, done
A seven-day picker with a month view. Fans see only the times you're free, in their timezone, and pay with Apple Pay or card.
Calendar bookings
Coaching, consultations, lessons, office hours. Set your availability once, and fans book and pay in one go, in their own timezone.
Why it works
A seven-day picker with a month view. Fans see only the times you're free, in their timezone, and pay with Apple Pay or card.
Connect your calendar and busy blocks disappear from the picker. Every booking lands on your calendar automatically.
Both sides get a reminder a day before. Fans can reschedule or cancel from the link in their email.
Sessions sit in your shop next to downloads and merch. One checkout, one order history, one payout.
Availability
Set the length of a session, the weekly hours you're open, a buffer between sessions, how much notice you need, and how far ahead people can book. The picker does the rest, including timezones.

Calendar
Connect Google Calendar and thx.so reads your busy times before showing a slot. When a session is booked it writes the event to your calendar with the fan's name and the meeting details, and removes it if they cancel.

After booking
Confirmation email with the meeting details, a reminder the day before, and a personal link where the fan can move or cancel the session. If you cancel, the refund goes out automatically.

Getting started
01
Shop, new product, type Session. Set the price and duration.
02
Weekly hours, buffer, notice and how far ahead people can book.
03
Optional, but it keeps you from being booked over a dentist appointment.
04
The product page has its own URL. Put it in your bio or send it in a DM.
A fan who tips or subscribes already trusts you. A paid session is the natural next step, and it converts best when it sits beside the things they already bought rather than on a separate scheduling site with its own branding.
Keeping it in one place also means one order history, one payout, and one set of numbers to look at.
Price for the outcome, not the minutes. A 30-minute portfolio review that saves someone a month of guessing is worth more than an hour of chat.
Use notice hours generously at first. Same-day bookings feel exciting until they land on a day you'd planned to rest.
Everything on the fan's side shows in their timezone, and everything on yours in your profile timezone. The confirmation email states both, so nobody shows up an hour early.
