Tips
Tips are voluntary support payments to a creator. They are refundable at the creator's discretion within 7 days of the original charge. Refunds are processed via Stripe on the creator's connected account; thx.so does not arbitrate disputes between tipper and creator.
If a creator refuses a refund and you believe the charge was fraudulent, contact your card issuer or bank to start a chargeback.
Subscriptions
Pro and Business subscriptions are cancellable any time from your dashboard. We do not refund the current period; future periods will not be charged after cancellation.
